ONLINE
Our online service includes a web page electronically programmed to
present a registrant with fields to be completed through an internet
browser. This electronic data is then stored in a Microsoft Access
database, ready for reporting or download, and becomes the contact
information list for a registrant.
Our online payment service includes a shopping cart programmed to accept
and process credit cards.
NOTICES.
*Should a registrant experience a problem using their credit card, the registrant must then
make payment with a check or money order. z
*We do not ask for nor do we have access to a registrant's credit card or financial
information.
* The shopping cart is programmed by us and is provided
to us through a third party, PayPal, which maintains the security on the financial transaction
processing and keeps you and us free from charges of impropriety.

Our mail/fax service includes a form to be printed, completed, and
mailed with a check or money order. |

Merchandise
Sales
We will set up an online "store" for
such items as T-shirts, mouse pads, posters, hats, etc., which have your
event logo. The profits from these sales are automatically
deposited to your bank account when you reach $25 or more in a
month. You can bulk order from your own store at a reduced fee,
and you can have us work with you on items for "table" sales,
in addition to an online store. |

Ticketing.
We can provide ticket services if needed. We work with a printer
to create memorable event-specific tickets and will mail the tickets
with a confirmation letter. OR, we can provide ticketing through
the registrant's email whereby the registrant prints his/her own event
ticket. |

Solutions
We can set up an online store for merchandise
sales 24/7. And we can work with various providers for items as
give-aways, promotions, or table sales.. |

We can provide graphics, printing, and
